Ingredients
  • 16 Ounce rotini pasta
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 Cup spinach
  • 1/2 Cup basil
  • 3 Cup marinara sauce
  • 8 Ounce vegan cream cheese
  • 1 Cup broccoli
Directions
  • Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook per package instructions.
  • While the pasta cooks, add olive oil and garlic to a large pot. Cook for 30 seconds. Then add the spinach and basil. Cook for 1 more minute, stirring frequently.
