Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup chickpeas
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/2 celery
  • 2 Tablespoon kalamata olives pitted
  • 1/2 Teaspoon capers
  • 1 Tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon dill
  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 1/4 Cup strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup blueberries
Directions
  • Add mashed chickpeas, chopped cucumber, chopped celery, chopped kalamata olives, chopped capers, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the mixture to the center of a large flour tortilla. Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the mixture, fold the sides of the tortilla in towards the center, and roll the tortilla up to form a burrito.
