                                        Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. / 190 degrees C. Add chicken to a baking tray and season with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for  40  minutes.

                                        Make the salad dressing: add hummus, mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, capers, caper brine, minced garlic clove, and salt to a bowl. Whisk well.
