  • 1/2 Cup purple cabbage
  • 1/2 Cup plain yogurt
Directions
  • Finely chop the cabbage and steam it for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Add the cooked cabbage and yogurt to a bowl and mix. Optionally, you can add the mixture to a baby blender and purée it or just leave it as is to expose your baby to different textures.
