Directions
Mix eggs, salt, pepper, oregano, and water in a bowl. Mix until combined.
Add some butter to pan over medium low heat. Once butter has melted add the egg mix. When the egg has started to set after about 3 minutes, gently fold them to scramble. Cook for about 3 more minutes or until cooked through, remove from pan, and set aside.
