Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 13/100 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 Teaspoon butter
  • 1 gluten free tortilla
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon mild salsa
  • 3 Tablespoon cheddar cheese
Directions
  • Mix eggs, salt, pepper, oregano, and water in a bowl. Mix until combined.
  • Add some butter to pan over medium low heat. Once butter has melted add the egg mix. When the egg has started to set after about 3 minutes, gently fold them to scramble. Cook for about 3 more minutes or until cooked through, remove from pan, and set aside.
