1 Teaspoon chia seeds
1/4 Cup blueberries
1 Cup oat milk
1/2 Cup gluten free rolled oats
Directions
Add blueberries to a pot. Mash them frequently as they cook to create a compote. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add chia seeds and cook for an additional minute. Remove from the pot, place in a bowl and cover with a lid. Let rest for 5 minutes.
