  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 Cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 8 Slice gluten free tortilla
  • 2 tomato
  • 2 cucumber
Directions
  • Season the steak with some olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Add some olive oil to a pan. Place the onion and bell peppers on the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
