  • 1/4 Cup broccoli
  • 1 Slice gluten free bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 tomato
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 Cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions
  • Steam the broccoli until soft, about 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. / 176 degrees C. Add bread to a baking tray. Push down the center of the bread with your fingers creating a deep indentation.
