Ingredients
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 Ounce extra firm tofu
  • 1 Teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 Teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 Cup spinach
  • 1 Teaspoon oat milk
  • 1/4 avocado
Directions
  • Add oil and tofu to the pan. Mash the tofu with a fork on the pan until crumbled. Cook tofu for 4 minutes.
  • Add nutritional yeast, turmeric, and garlic powder. Cook, mixing constantly for 4 minutes.
