Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 garlic clove
  • 4 Ounce canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon basil
  • 1/2 Tablespoon oregano
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 Cup spinach
  • 2 Ounce chickpea pasta
Directions
  • Add olive oil and garlic to a pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add the canned tomatoes, basil, oregano, shredded carrots, and spinach. Mix until combined. Cover the pan and cook on low for 30 minutes.
