4 Ounce chicken breast filet
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon oregano

1/2 Teaspoon paprika
2 Teaspoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon cilantro
1/2 avocado
1/4 Cup spinach
Directions
Remove the tops and seeds from the bell peppers and cut them in to strips. This makes it easier for baby to grab them with their hands.
Cut the onion in strips as well. Set the bell peppers and onion strips aside in a bowl.
