Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup blueberries
  • 1 Teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 Cup oat milk
  • 1/4 Cup gluten free rolled oats
Directions
  • Add blueberries to a pot. Mash them frequently as they cook to create a compote. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add chia seeds and cook for an additional minute. Remove from the pot, place in a bowl and cover with a lid. Let rest for 5 minutes.
