Ingredients
  • 1 Cup basmati rice
  • 2 Cup water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Pound flank steak
  • 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon water
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 Cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon water
  • 2 Teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3 Cup broccoli florets
  • 2 garlic clove
Directions
  • Add water and rice to a pot. Bring to a boil, immediately turn off the heat, and cover the pot. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the steak. Place some olive oil in a pan and add the seasoned steak. Cook on medium heat for 4 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
